Started as an intern, quickly promoted to full-stack developer. Built with Laravel, TailwindCSS, and Vue.js. Learned that writing code is the easy part — shipping reliably is where teams struggle. Two years of building the foundation for everything that came next.
Web and mobile app development agency. Started as developer, promoted to Technical Lead within a year. Led teams across remote projects, including work for Canadian clients. Learned to translate between stakeholders and developers — the skill that would define my PM career.
Built internal tools for AAA game development pipelines at the Bucharest studio. Laravel, MSSQL, internal dashboards and reporting tools. Collaborated across game dev teams. Saw how large organizations ship — and where they struggle.
My first PM role. Translated business requirements into technical specs for a distributed dev team. Managed workflows in Asana, maintained stakeholder visibility. Proved I could bridge the gap between what founders want and what developers build.
